"When selling our home with Lynn she treated the whole process with such care. It was always very clear that Lynn’s priority was not just the sale of the house but that we were informed and comfortable of every step of the process. The week our house went on the market we were out of the state on vacation. During that same week, we were notified that a storm hit our home. Tree branches had fallen and debris was strewn about our yard. Lynn had it all taken care of. When we returned home our yard had been clean and our house was officially sold. We highly recommend Lynn!"

"This was my third home purchase, Lynn was very attentive to the requirements I had, remembered small details without reminding her. I loved that I never felt pressured or rushed. When I contacted her, she was very prompt in retuning a message as well as great about contacting me when a potential home came on the market. Lynn was very knowledgeable about information on the homes, HOA, and communities. Lynn is very committed to her clients and excellent to work with. When I made a home selection and could not attend to some repair work, Lynn drove out of her way to be in my place, kept me informed of the progress! I would highly recommend her caring expertise to anyone buying a home."

"I began the search for a home in November of 2023 overwhelmed, with a tight budget, and a competitive market. Lynn was able to guide me through her persistence and attention to detail despite challenges along the way. We were able to find the best starter home for me and that’s where her connections with an excellent mortgage consultant and inspector helped seal the deal. She is my first recommendation to friends who are entering the market and I’m so thankful for how she coached me through it all!"
